Wow, this is some good stuff. A great synth design on the arps; they're really catchy. The lead is a bit grating, though, I'd suggest eqing it down some in the extreme registers and the 4000s.

The whole thing needs a good solid pad, the arp is amazing but there's space to be filled here!

The kicks is good, the snare is just right, but the hats could be a bit louder. I'd also eq the bass up down in the lower register.

The build up was great, kinda hit me in the face in a good way.

(On a ridiculously technical note, you could try to invert your chords so that your lead doesn't bounce around as much to eliminate that *random note* effect.)

Overall, I enjoyed this fine piece of trance. Keep it up, I want to hear some more!
